Contributed to the planning and execution of the MIT Fall Career Fair, one of the largest recruiting events on campus, welcoming over 4,000 students and 300 employers. Played a key role in event logistics, marketing communications, and day-of operations to ensure a seamless, professional experience. Supported the full event lifecycle, including timeline development, vendor coordination, registration management, and on-site execution.
